How do I place an order?+
Add items to your cart, click checkout and fill in your details. We'll save your order and open WhatsApp so you can confirm payment with us directly.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Bank transfer, cash on delivery (selected areas), and POS in our showroom. We'll share account details after you place an order.
Do you deliver nationwide?+
Yes. We deliver across Nigeria. Delivery fees depend on location and are confirmed on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?+
Most ready-made pieces ship within 3–7 business days. Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks.
Can I see items before buying?+
Yes — visit either CHAMDEX GLOBAL branch in Owerri: Head Office at 48 Wetheral Road (FCMB Cherubim Junction), or our Tetlow branch at 130 Tetlow Road. Prefer to stay home? Request a video walk-through on WhatsApp.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Every frame carries a 10-year structural warranty. Upholstery is covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
